Recurring Options
Each video provides you the required knowledge for the specific topic, which further helps you understand, plan and implement documents
RECURRING TYPE: Non-Recurring (Default Setting)
Document MUST be mapped with correct prefixes for each individual – P_ for Primary and C_ for CoBorrower
Other borrowers (Non Spouse) are mapped with O1_
Scenario 1A
John Smith(Primary – P_) and Stela Smith (Spouse of Primary – C_)
Scenario 1B
John Smith(Primary – P_) and Brian Smith(OtherApplicant – NonSpouse – O1_)
RECURRING TYPE: Recurring (Optional Setting)
If setting “Recurring” – also uncheck checkbox for “Show Other Apps in Prime App Section. Sign generates a separate document for each “OtherApplicant-NonSpouse” applicant type. Document MUST be mapped with correct prefixes for each individual – P_ for Primary and C_ for Co-Borrower. For Scenario 2C — If there is Spouse data – Kinective Sign will identify the “Spouse” and print with Primary applicant. Ideal Document is “Loan Application” so non-related individuals do not get to see each other non-public personal data

John Smith (Primary) and Brian Smith (OtherApplicant – NonSpouse)
Scenario 2B
John Smith (Primary: Son) and Stela Smith(OtherApplicant – NonSpouse:Mother) and Brian Smith(OtherApplicant – NonSpouse:Father)
Scenario 2C
John Smith (Primary) and Stela Smith (Spouse of Primary) and Brian Smith (OtherApplicant – NonSpouse)
RECURRING TYPE: None (Mandatory)
Lending Documents that are mapped with O1_, O2_ prefix for additional borrower fields
Scenario 3A
John Smith (Primary: Son) and Stela Smith (OtherApplicant – NonSpouse:Mother)
RECURRING TYPE: Non-Recurring
Guarantor Specific Lending Documents that are mapped with GA1_ prefix
