Leads Kinective’s finance organization and is responsible for accounting, finance, treasury, tax, and legal functions. He has over 20 years of experience in strategic finance and operations. Most recently, Chris was the vice president of finance at iCIMS, a leading provider of talent acquisition software. Previously, he held several leadership roles across finance, sales operations, and product management at INTTRA. Earlier in his career, Chris worked in financial planning and analysis for Dun & Bradstreet, Sony Music, and Johnson & Johnson.

Leads Kinective’s finance organization and is responsible for accounting, finance, treasury, tax, transformation and legal functions.

Nish holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology in Phoenix, AZ, where he graduated with honors. Additionally, Nish has served as an advisor for the DeVry Institute technology committee. Shah received the Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award from the New Jersey Chapter of the DeVry and Keller Alumni Association in June 2012. Nish has also been involved as a Member of the Indo American Cultural Foundation of Central New Jersey.
