IMM Introduces TotaleAtlas Workflow Lite

IMM, a provider of innovative eSignature, workflow and document solutions for financial institutions, today introduced TotaleAtlas Workflow Lite. It provides an enhanced automated and collaborative processing environment for TotaleAtlas, IMM’s flagship eSignature and electronic document presentment platform, at an introductory price and deployment model.

With TotaleAtlas Workflow Lite, financial institutions gain the basic benefits of automated workflow technology to strengthen productivity, compliance objectives and process governance and accountability at an entry level. It extends the value of their existing TotaleAtlas document solution by delivering the following additional functionality:

Enhanced audit trails, recording who touched a document session and what action was taken during the lifecycle of the transaction. This audit trail is archived along with all TotaleAtlas session documents into the bank or credit union’s imaging/ECM system;

Automated document session archiving, whereby all documents that have been signed and have completed their workflow cycle, along with the audit trail, are immediately stored into the imaging/ECM system without human intervention; and

Alerts and notifications, whereby rules for acceptable transaction timetables can be established and reminders sent to designated employees or management when tasks sit without being tended to in the established parameters.

TotaleAtlas Workflow Lite is designed as an easy migration path when customers choose to leverage IMM’s full enterprise workflow module in the future. The full edition of IMM’s TotaleAtlas Workflow enables banks and credit unions to build unlimited specialized workflows for managing critical eSignature tasks and processes, based upon product type, process conditions or compliance requirements. The workflow automation module enables administrators to customize and manage any internal or consumer-facing business function within the TotaleAtlas environment.

“Despite electronic documents being available for years, the concept of electronically routing them through the institution remains a fairly new concept for financial institutions,” said John Levy, IMM EVP and ESRA (Electronic Signature & Records Association) board member. “We hope that offering a lite version of our workflow technology will allow more banks and credit unions to deploy and sample the power of this easy-to-implement solution, which raises the standard in how they track and oversee document accuracy.”

TotaleAtlas Workflow Lite is available now to all existing TotaleAtlas customers as well as new customers purchasing TotaleAtlas.
