CBW Schools Federal Credit Union Deploys Complete eSignature Environment from IMM

IMM, a pioneer of integrated eSignature, workflow and document solutions for the modern business enterprise, has announced that C-B-W Schools Federal Credit Union has implemented its TotaleAtlas and Document Exchange solutions to achieve complete electronic transaction automation for loans as well as several other areas of the organization.

Based in Pennsylvania, the $106 million credit union operates across a vast geographic area with just two branch locations. C-B-W Schools FCU was in need of tools that would enable it to serve all members more quickly and easily, particularly when it came to executing lending agreements. Knowing eSignatures would help solve these challenges, the credit union turned to IMM to deploy a fully integrated eSignature environment for both in-branch and remote signing events.

Chuck Gouse, responsible for computer operations at C-B-W Schools FCU, explained, “The decision to incorporate eSignatures was an easy one, with lending documents the obvious place to start. With IMM’s technology, we have seen the signature process for various loan documents reduced down to the same day as opposed to taking up to one week or more. We expect our loan volume to increase as existing and prospective members realize how quickly they can complete the loan process through our credit union.”

IMM’s TotaleAtlas and Document Exchange provide a number of flexible eSign options for both in-person and remote signing events. The software enables any organization to institute seamless eSignature transaction processing with full connectivity to frontend core and LOS platforms, plus automated archival of completed transactions into nearly any imaging/ECM system.

John Levy, IMM executive vice president, and ERSA board member said, “eSignatures provide tremendous value to any size organization, regardless of the volume and potential for scale. C-B-W Schools FCU understands how eSignatures can positively impact its members’ experience as well as its own operating efficiencies. The credit union has gone all in to ensure any signature is an eSignature, regardless of where it takes place.”
