How do I register for Kinections26?

How much is it to register for Kinections26?
Early bird registration is only $999 per ticket and is available for a limited time!

What is included in the registration fee?
Your registration includes:
- Full conference access to all sessions and presentations
- Admission to the exclusive welcome reception on Sunday, November 15th
- Gourmet breakfast and lunch service on Monday, November 16th
- Gourmet breakfast and lunch service on Tuesday, November 17th
- Access to our signature customer appreciation celebration on Tuesday evening, November 17th
** Please note that travel and hotel accommodations are not included in your registration.
What is the cancellation policy for Kinections26?
Cancellations submitted before June 1, 2026 qualify for a full refund. Cancellations received June 2, 2026 through August 31, 2026 qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations after September 1, 2026 will not qualify for a refund.
Hotel cancellation policies are separate and should be coordinated directly with the hotel registration service.
May I bring guests to Kinections26?

Where will Kinections26 and related events take place?
All conference activities will be hosted at the Omni Hotel, Nashville. Information regarding alternative hotel options will be provided closer to the event date.

How do I secure accommodations at the preferential Kinections26 rate?
Once you’ve registered for Kinections26, reserve your room with the Omni Hotel under our room block by October 15th.
Can I extend my stay beyond the conference dates?
Please inquire directly with our Kinections26 team by sending an email with your specific dates to events@kinective.io.
Which airport serves the conference location?
Nashville International Airport (PHX) is the recommended arrival point, located approximately 15 minutes from the Omni Hotel Nashville.
Is parking available at the venue?
The Omni Nashville Hotel offers valet parking, self parking options are available nearby. The Overnight Valet is between $60 – $75 and the daily valet parking rate is between $32- $42 for up to 4 hours, over 4 hours is $60. Guests leaving their vehicle with valet after 3pm will incur and additional $40 charge.
Self-parking is available at the Music City Center garage adjacent to the hotel for $35+ tax per day without daily in and out privileges. The garage entrance is on Sixth Avenue between Korean Veterans Boulevard and Demonbreun.

We will professionally record sessions and make them available to registered attendees following the conference.

What is the dress code for Kinections26?
All daytime programming will observe a business casual dress code. We recommend layering, as meeting spaces are climate-controlled for comfort.

Will a mobile application be available for Kinections26?
Yes, our custom conference application will be available for download prior to the event, providing real-time schedules, speaker information, and interactive features to enhance your experience.
